Title:
All You Need Is Love

Occasion:
GenCon 1997

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
A promo card for Fluxx version 1 only. We liked this card so much, we added to the deck for Version 2!

Title:
Coffee Break

Occasion:
Origins 2000

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
At Origins 2000, we went totally crazy and gave out a new promo card during each day of the event. This set of 5 Goals provided added usefulness for some of the Keepers that didn't have very many Goals associated with them. (Fluxx 3.0 made these special Goals obsolete, by dropping the under-utilized Keepers.)

Nuclear War

Title:
Time Travel

Occasion:
GenCon 2001

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
Using The Rocket to represent "travel" may seem like a stretch, but there are plenty of shows in which a spaceship becomes a timeship. Perhaps the most relevant, yet worst of any, was the mid-sixties TV series, "It's About Time", in which a pair of Gemini Astronauts are sent back to the age of the cavemen.

Title:
X = X + 1

Occasion:
Origins 2002

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
The trio of New Rule cards we made for Origins 2002 (X=X+1, Reverse Order, and Double Agenda) were so popular, we added all 3 of them into Fluxx 3.0, which was released the following December.

Title:
Tarts

Occasion:
Pop Tart Cafe #8

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
We first started giving these away at the Pop Tart Cafe we did for Balticon 2003. We plan to give them away at all future Pop-Tart Cafes as well (until we run out of them, at least.)

In case you can't read the fine print, the way this works is that it counts as either Cookies or Bread. (If you have a Version 2 deck, you can also say it counts as Doughnuts.)

Title:
To Sleep or Not to Sleep

Occasion:
Origins 2003

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:

This Goal highlights the differences between Fluxx versions 2 and 3. You win with the Moon and either Sleep (which is new in Fluxx 3.0) or Coffee (which was dropped). Of course, if you have both editions you can make both possible, which is extra cool.

Title:
The Robot

Occasion:
GenCon 2003

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
In case you can't read the fine print, the way this works is that it counts as either the Toaster or the Television.

Note: Whoever has the Robot gets to decide if it's a toaster or a TV when the Goal is "Brain (No TV)". But it can't be both at the same time...

Title:
Cake

Occasion:
Dragon*Con 2003

Availability:
Out of Print

In case you can't read the fine print, Cake works just like Tarts: It counts as either Cookies or Bread. (If you have a Version 2 deck, you can also say it counts as Doughnuts.)

The last-minute addition of the word balloon makes it seem like this should also count as Chocolate; however, this was not my intent. Chocolate Angel Food Cake is so light and airy... there's just not enough chocolate in one slice to really count as Chocolate. But if your group wants to play it that way, it's fine with me. Just remember: like the other "counts as this or that" Keepers, Cake can only be one thing at a time.

Title:
Marlene Bruce

Occasion:
to promote her Activism

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
We had room on a promo card sheet, so we let Mar make a Friend card of herself. Yes, this is a Stoner Fluxx card, complete with appropriately different cardback.

Marlene counts as a Friend.

Title:
Beatles Reunion Album

Occasion:
Used to be included in Fluxx Blanxx

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
The idea here is, if John lives, he reunites with the other Fab 3 and they record an album in 1995. Of course, in that Timeline, it's just an ordinary CD. To make it valuable enough to work as a wildcard artifact, you must return to the Timeline in which John is dead and no one has ever heard this music.

Title:
Micro-Catalog 2000

Occasion:
First Printing of Chrononauts

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
These were so great we had to make lots more! But now these are out of date and out of stock. See the recent Micro-Catalogs on the orderable promo card page.

Title:
Micro-Catalog 2001

Availability:
Out of Print. You can still get one inside the Fluxx Blanxx Booster.

Title:
What's Icehouse? card

Occasion:
Second Printing of Chrononauts

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
There's an ad for Playing with Pyramids on the other side of this card.

Title:
Nuclear War reference card

Occasion:
We had an extra slot on a sheet of promo cards...

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
Andrew Looney, who has always been a fan of the card game Nuclear War, created this anti-missile reference chart a long time ago, to clearly identify which anti-missiles can shoot down which other missiles. Now we're featuring it on this snazzy little Nuclear War reference card.

Title:
ÜberChrononauts Gold Watch

Occasion:
Origins 2005

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
When you play ÜberChrononauts, you need markers to denote accomplishing your 10-cards-in-hand goal. Now you can do it with style! These really cool "gold watch" cards represent the fancy timepiece you get from the Time Repair Agency upon your retirement.

Title:
Schaufenster Dollars

Occasion:
We just really like Klunker

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
Our gaming group really likes a card game called Klunker, which we prefer to call Schaufenster. Over the years we've added a few house rules, one of which involves padding the money supply with a few extra bucks. These "Schaufenster Dollars" are styled to look like the Klunker cardbacks, and feature our house-rule notes in the fine print. The pack includes 10 cards since you need 2 for each player and a maximum of 5 people can play Schaufenster.

Title:
Glotz cards

Occasion:
2nd Printing of Chrononauts

Availability:
Out of Print

Comments:
These were blank cards (on one side) for people to use to design their own games.
