Applesauce de LuxeThis is a neat little recipe I found in my mom's recipe cards, and I swear she hardly ever made it, but once I discovered it, I made it myself quite a bit. It's a real case of synergy: the sum being greater than the parts. In my opinion, this is much better than plain applesauce, and much better than plain jello -- but that's all it is.
